The technician Elvin was fantastic! He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, repaired it efficiently, and even gave us helpful tips to maintain the appliance and avoid future problems and had our washer working perfectly in no time. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced service—highly recommend this company and Elvin’s service!

Great and efficient team, they repaired a total of 8 appliances at an apartment community I manage, ranging from wall ovens, a refrigerator, and dryers. Inspected and performed work quickly, communicated with our team, and their repairs resolved all appliance issues. Our community will continue to use them as our appliance repair provider.

Elvin from Mister Chef Appliance Repair is fantastic! He was very professional and explained the issue with my dryer. Was quick to repair the bad component and cleaned everything as he worked. Was not expecting my dryer to stop working, but was happy to have Elvin fix it the same day I texted Mister Chef.

Elvin was able to get here within a couple of hours of me reaching out when my oven went out. He was able to fix the problem quickly and got everything working again!

Honestly, I don’t even know how he did it, but my fridge is finally working again! Before him, two other repair guys came and couldn’t fix it. The fridge is almost new, and I was so frustrated — I didn’t want to return it, I just needed a good, reliable technician.

He turned out to be exactly that: on time, polite, and really knows what he’s doing. I’m very thankful for his professionalism. I even recommended him to my boss at work. Big thanks again!
